Suitable for children ages 3 and up. Ideal for Halloween or fancy dress. The top section ties up with ribbons, so sizing is not important for that part. The belt is made of two halves – each one is around 13” long. Holding the two halves together is an elasticized strip on either side which stretches between 1 and 3 inches. The handkerchief chiffon skirt is 18” long from the bottom of the belt to the bottom of the skirt at the longest point. The belt and skirt can be easily resized.
